This is a favorite pub of many of Newcastle's young executives. Though located near the university, Bierrex has a cosmopolitan feel and is not overrun with rowdy students. You'll find a very admirable selection of on-tap beers and ales, as well as a relaxed, laid-back environment to enjoy the quaff of your choice. The pub menu, which is extremely popular, is offered until 7pm.
